Mixed Media Card 6 – Bright Papers (and stamps)

This is the sixth part in a 30 part series showing you different mixed media cards that I have made. These will all include video tutorials and I am hoping that you will get some great ideas and make your own mixed media cards for all occasions.
The intention is that you can make your cards using the craft supplies that you already have at home. Take my ideas and adapt them to what you have right now. So, let’s get started.

You will need:
- Piece of card or card blank
- Glue stick
- Pretty Paper Scraps
- Ink Pad
- Rubber Greeting Stamp
Simple Instructions
- Select your pretty paper (or papers)
- I chose to colour in the front of the card with coloured pencil crayons but you can choose to do that or not. You could also paint it for a different effect.
- Cut and arrange your paper scraps for the effect you want. I wanted a simple design with straight edges. Make sure you leave a space to add your stamped greeting. Glue them in place.
- Stamp on the greeting you want in the space you leave for it.
- Add any other details you like. I stenciled some tiny hearts which I now think look more like tiny birds flying.
- You are finished.
