Mixed Media Card 5 – Incorporating Lace

As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases

This is the fifth part in a 30 part series showing you different mixed media cards that I have made. These will all include video tutorials and I am hoping that you will get some great ideas and make your own mixed media cards for all occasions.

The intention is that you can make your cards using the craft supplies that you already have at home. Take my ideas and adapt them to what you have right now. So, let’s get started.

This page contains affiliate links meaning I earn a little commission if you use those links at no cost to you. I only recommend brands I use and trust.

You will need:

Simple Instructions

  • Select your pretty paper (or papers)
  • Stick your paper to the front of the card. This could be in one piece or several to add depth of interest. You could even use up paper scraps for more interest and colour.
  • Select and trim your piece(s) of lace and glue in place using the decoupage glue. I recommend sticking it down and then coating it with glue if it is heavy lace like I have here.
  • Let it dry and then add a greeting of your choice.
