This card is a flower pounded card and is easy for everyone to get great results with. Give it a try!
The intention is that you can make your cards using the craft supplies that you already have at home. Take my ideas and adapt them to what you have right now. Hopefully you will also find some new skills along the way.

You will need:
- Piece of card or card blank
- Watercolour paper (or similar)
- Glue (simple gluestick is sufficient)
- Leaves or Flowers
- Hammer
- Tape
- Printable Greeting (free)
Simple Instructions
- Choose some paper to do your pounding on. I recommend watercolour paper but experiment with different papers that you have.
- Cut your paper so that it fits onto your card blank (or folded card) – DO NOT stick it on.
- Take that paper and place it onto something you don’t mind damaging – I use an old piece of wood.
- Arrange your flowers and/or leaves how you would like them to look.
- Tape them in place using Washi tape or similar. It need to be removable without damaging the paper.
- Then hit the flowers / leaves until the dye transfers to the paper. Gently peel a little tape up to keep checking.
- Once you are happy carefully remove the tape.
- Then stick your decorated paper to your card blank.
- Add any other embellishments you like including a sentiment.
- You are all finished!
