HOW TO MAKE SIMPLE SILK FLOWERS TO ACCESSORIZE OTHER ITEMS - Super Quick and Easy for beginners
These beautiful little silk flowers are super quick and simple to make. They are fabulous for accessorising other items. They are quite robust and can be sewn or glued onto lots of items. I have used them to make fancy paper clips and pegs as well as to embellish bags. These are sewn in silk but you can use any thin fabric that you like or that you have lying around. As a result it is a great project to use up fabric scraps and help save the planet. The bead is optional but I think they are a bit bland without one. It is personal taste! You can make them any size you like. It will all depend on the size of circle you use. My bowl in the video has a diameter (distance all the way across) of about 6 inches and the resulting flower is about 2 inches across. So feel inspired and start making your own flowers for your own projects. Let me know in the comments below what you make with yours.
